As an Clinic Co-ordinator, you’ll make sure every customer gets a great experience when they come into our store.  You’ll work to NHS guidelines (as well as our own high standards), give good, clear advice and make a positive impression, thanks to your polite and professional approach. You're role will involve organising the clinics to make sure all appointment for the days ahead are running smoothly, inlcuding managing the Optometrists diary, time slots allocated for each customers and planning in breaks in the days ahead.

To secure this role you will need previous experience as either an optical assistant or dispensing assistant and have a real passion for providing fantastic customer care as well as being quick thinking and great with admin .
