Specsavers Stoke-On-Trent (Hanley) are currently looking to recruit an employed Optometrist to join their expanding team!

Hanley is one of the six major towns that joined together to form the city of Stoke-on-Trent. Following on from Tunstall and Burslem, Hanley dominates the next hill on the road south.
Nowadays the town boasts a large shopping centre and the city's Cultural Quarter comprising two splendidly refurbished theatres, the The Regent, along with one of the country's best concert venues, the Victoria Hall. With a bus station within a 5-minute walk and plenty of nearby parking available to store is easily assessable via public transport or driving.

Life in store
This Specsavers store has a total of 6 test rooms and 1 hearcare room. Working in a team of 4 Optometrists per day and a contact lens optician, so plenty of opportunity to grow with the support of clinical professionals around you.
The store is well established and has been in business for well over 20 years. Full pre screening is provided and you will be working with the latest equipment including Humphrey field analyser and two fundus cameras. All the test rooms are air conditioned and all have both Nidek phoropter and trial frames. The opening hours for this store is from 9am to 5:30pm, with a late night on a Thursday until 6:30pm. Our store can be flexible with working hours and accommodate to suit the individual.
