This is a full time opportunity with a market leading opticians for their new practice in a prime location in a brand new complex.

This practice has strong footfall and having the latest testing equipment and has already built up a loyal customer base made up of a good mix of private and NHS patients. They have a very family friendly feel with a happy and patient focused team who work together to deliver the highest levels of customer care possible and they have an excellent reputation for excellence in customer care across the community.

Responsibilities of the Optometrist

The role will be delivering eye tests to a high standard with some contact lens work undertaken. You will be expected to make recommendations to patients who will then be passed on to the support team. As a part of the senior team your input will also be acknowledged with matters of taking the business forward.

Requirements of the Optometrist

All levels of qualification considered as you will be working in a small but professional team with multiple clinics daily. You will have a friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic. A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

Compensation for the Optometrist

For your input my client is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 basic and a good bonus scheme and additional benefits. You will also have the opportunity for ongoing personal development but more importantly the chance to go on to ownership of your own practice in the future.
*They do have the flexibility to work in more than 1 store if you are open to this.
