Assistant Manager Position

The role as I said is for a Customer Relations Manager – what does that mean I hear you ask. Well it means that you will manage the final stage of the customer journey. You will deal with final fitting and adjustments during collections. You will trouble shoot and sort out any issues as they arise and ensure that customer leaves with the right product having had the best experience possible.

This role is working within a large busy store in a prime London location. Despite the size of the team and practice it is a great working environment with a very supportive senior management team. You will be given every opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the business. You will be playing a key role in ensuring that the excellent reputation that this practice has built is maintained.

Requirements of the Assistant Manager

To apply for this Customer Relations Manager position you will need to have optical experience ideally as a supervisor / assistant manager level. You will be customer focused and passionate about what you do. You will have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. This is a long-term opportunity.

Compensation for the Assistant Manager

On offer for your efforts is a basic salary of up to £24,000 a generous bonus of £3,000 and 33 days of annual leave.
