My client is a family run independent with a number of branches across the south of England. My client has built a fantastic reputation of a number of years and prides themselves on the care and service they provide to their customers.

They are seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician to work as a Branch Manager and lead and develop their branch on the outskirts of  Reading.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary team alongside providing an excellent service and customer experience..

The Branch Manager  (Dispensing Optician) role is worked on a full time basis over a seven day rota.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BRANCH MANAGER

•             Qualified Dispensing Optician - GOC Registered

•             Extensive management and supervisory skills

•             Fun and Friendly demeanour

•             Enjoys the satisfaction of helping people

•             Commercially astute

•             Clinical awareness

•             Excellent communication skills

•             Driving licence and access to a vehicle
