Optometrist - Priority on Patients - £72k package

I'm looking for an Optometrist who prioritises patient care and health above sales. The ideal candidate will be great at working within a close team and be willing to go the "extra mile" for patients.

My client is one of the most sought after company to work with. They looking for an optometrist to deliver total satisfaction to their patients through conducting thorough eye examinations. You’ll offer their patients recommendations to the highest professional and ethical standards which is something their customers have come to expect. You can expect to do this via a three-way handover (this is a vital part of the patient journey and everyone in store knows this).

The brand had a £40 million investment in 2017 which allowed it to modernise their practices and allow for an even better patient journey.

Management is fantastic and knows that people's lives should not revolve around work so are willing to be flexible with working days (including some weekend flexibility). They focus on the smooth-running of the practice to ensure that the day runs as stress-free as possible. They know that a happy team is a productive team!

Location

The position is based in Bury St Edmunds which is commutable from: Cambridge (40 minutes away), Ipswich (35 minutes away), and Colchester (56 minutes away).

Due to number of stores that this company has, there is potential to relocate easily if you choose to.
