I am currently working with a very customer focused independent practice to help them to find a good quality qualified dispensing optician for a permanent full time management position.

A fantastic opportunity has become available within a very well established independent company for a full time Qualified Dispensing Optician on a permanent contract.
This company has enjoyed a proud history and is very well established. They are situated in a prime location and have a long standing and loyal customer base. This company has an excellent reputation for its level of customer service and the wide range of quality products and services that it has to offer.
The role is for a 4.5 day qualified dispensing optician to manage a professional team. You will be joining a highly professional and experienced clinical team and will be working alongside a highly successful group of managers.

Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager

You will help to lead the front of house team. You will help to coach and train the team and lead from the front. You will ensure that only the very highest levels of customer service are delivered in line with this businesses ethos.

Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager

The right person for this role will be a hard working and dynamic individual who is extremely customer focused and passionate about delivering the highest quality of care. You will be fully qualified and registered with the GOC and ABDO and will be looking for a long term opportunity with a great company. You will have a good level of experience including management experience and a real passion for customer care.

Compensation for the Optical Practice Manager

On offer for your efforts is an excellent salary of up to £28,000 – £30,000 Professional Fees and fantastic working conditions which include half day Saturdays.
