This is a full time opportunity with a well-established busy multiple in the Milton Keynes area looking for a Retail Performance Manager
You will be joining a large team of 60+, in a professional yet clinical environment.
This opportunity will be working full time hours over 5 days including 1 late.
FLEXIBILITY ON WEEKEND WORKING – offering alternate weekends which would involve working one week Saturday + Sunday then having the following weekend off.

Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager

This role will be predominantly off the shopfloor overlooking the practices overall operations, driving the team, working towards targets and providing all 1 to 1’s, mentoring and coaching.
You will be in charge of organising the team daily, making sure the customer flow is constant but smooth.
Setting KPI’s to improve overall performance and monitoring these closely.
You will be liaising with 2 retail team leaders and 1 lab team leader who will be on hand to support your role making sure the day to day running of the teams are monitored who will then feedback to you.
You will be able to drive the business and always be looking for opportunities to improve performance.
Working closely with Department Managers and reporting to the Director.
You will have leadership experience, be comfortable informing members of the team of training and how to improve in certain areas as well as keeping an upbeat attitude.

Requirements of an Optical Practice Manager

Must be an experienced Manager in optics with a proven track record of improving performance, operations and customer service.
Must have excellent communication skills
Be able to effectively plan and set targets to improve certain areas of the business
Have a friendly team player ethos with strong customer / colleague interpersonal skills
Must have a strong optical background

Compensation for the Optical Practice Manager
