Call Centre Supervisor - Tallaght Role summary

Specsavers in Tallaght are looking for a Call Centre Supervisor with previous experience working for Specsavers to join their team. On offer is a fantastic package which includes:

As Call Centre Supervisor, you'll be overseeing a team of three members of staff that will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently answering all telephone calls to the store
  • Responding to customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Advising customers their glasses are ready or delayed as appropriate
  • Making sure customers receive call/text reminders of their appointments

An eye for detail is a must. You should also be good with leading people and able to work as part of a team. You’ll be friendly and organised too, presenting a professional image to customers at all times.
