As part of our commitment to the continued development of our people, we currently have an opportunity for a Management Development Trainer to join our Retail L&D Delivery Team. This is a delivery focussed role, facilitating a quality and consistent range of management development programmes and annual plan national projects.
Covering the South, you will combine your management development specialism with your training delivery experience to facilitate, coach and assess learners on leadership programmes for example, ILM programmes Level 2 and 3. Your objective will be to ensure that the learner’s experience is challenging, practical and every learner has an effective experiential learning experience.
Using your strong stakeholder management skills you will build excellent relationships with our regional Retail Support teams and the wider L&D team, to ensure a “one team” approach. You will also constantly evaluate the management development offer and feedback to the design team on how we can continuously improve the learning solutions we provide.
You should have demonstrable experience in facilitating management development interventions, with the ability to coach and challenge to continually improve standards. You will have a genuine passion for leading a change of learning approach in a large business and resilient to handle the barriers we will face. Alongside this you will need a strong understanding and appreciation of learning theory within group facilitation and experiential learning. A relevant qualification in Training Delivery or Facilitation and management experience is desirable, though not essential.
