This store currently has a dedicated team of 10 colleagues and the newest member will join 2 other Optometrists - where you will work closely together to ensure the highest optical standards are met. This community focused store requires someone ready to use their passion, skills and experience to build on an ever-growing customer base. Our team at Specsavers Rugeley ensure that every customer is taken through their own personalised journey, starting with a cup of tea while they wait. Many of the store’s customers have been coming to the store for years as they provide a high level of customer service and ensure each patient is given the best care. We are looking for someone who will enjoy being part of a close-knit team and community, where building your own customer base will be essential. Repeat business will be pivotal for you to succeed in this location, so we’ve ensured you have all the tools required to assist the customer in every step of their journey. The store is accessible via train and they have free parking available. Within the store they have a Fundus Camera, photopter heads in both test rooms, trial frame available if you prefer, and they have the latest technology. The store do a lot of work with Wolverhampton hospital in terms of referrals so if clinical progression is the route you’d like to take we can help you with this. On top of this we can also support you in becoming a director of your own store via our Joint Venture Pathway (JVP).
