Store Manager - Brighton
Looking to utilise your optical supervisory / managerial expeirence in a cutting edge practice?
As our Clinic Manager at our store in Brighton you’ll make sure that the store’s clinic area runs like clockwork. That means supporting other staff, making sure they’re familiar with systems and helping to deliver training. You’ll also be responsible for handling orders and dealing directly with customers in the contact centre clinic.

Specsavers Brighton is a large 10 test rooms store and you will be responsible for managing 5-7 clinics per day in a fast paced role, no two days are the same!
For a role such as this, you will need previous optical experience including experience of NHS compliance, training new starters and be highly organised with fantastic attention to detail. Equally important are good customer care skills. You’ll combine both to offer a highly professional service that will result in repeat business, increased profitability and an excellent reputation for your store.
