My client is a well-established group of independent Opticians based in Scotland and they are looking for a full time Optometrist to work at their central Edinburgh branch.
The Role
- Providing comprehensive sight tests to patients of all ages
- 30-40 minute appointments
- Working in a double testing room practice
- 4-5 members of staff at one time
- Supervising pre-reg Optometrists
- Contact Lens clinics
- Full time role working 5 days a week including a Saturday or Sunday.
- Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri: 9am-6pm
- Thurs: 9am-6:30pm
- Saturday: 9am-5:50pm
- Sunday: 12pm-5pm
Salary and Benefits
- £35,000 to £45,000 basic salary plus bonus
- Working 39.5 hours a week
- Professional fees paid
- 2 free pairs of specs per year
