Optical Practice Manager
This is a full time opportunity with a well-established busy multiple in a small town just outside the Milton Keynes area looking for a Qualified Practice Manager
You will be joining a brand new store of another well-established franchise in the area and will join a small team in a professional environment, my client is looking for an experienced manager with a proven track record on development of a practice while managing and developing staff effectively
Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
In this role you will have full autonomy of the store managing staff, offering training and development when needed, be commercially aware and able to work to targets while trying to develop the business further you will also be on hand with typical optical duties such as dispensing to all levels, pre-screening and conducting contact lens teaches when needed.
You will have leadership experience and be able to manage the shop floor as well as motivating your team towards KPI’s
Requirements of an Optical Practice Manager
Have previous management experience
Must be GOC registered and up to date with CET points
Ability to drive and motivate a team keeping a positive attitude and transferring this to the team
Have a good level of experience dealing with KPI’s and used to being target driven
Have a friendly team player ethos with strong customer / colleague interpersonal skills
Experience leading a team and being comfortable doing so
Compensation for the Optical Practice Manager
For the role my client is offering a competitive salary of up to £30k depending on experience with 5 weeks’ holidays, fees paid and other potential benefits.
