Professional Services Manager and Optometrist jobs in West Midlands. Zest Medical are currently recruiting for an experience optical professional for a Professional Service Manager role for a leading designer and manufacturer of ophthalmic spectacle lenses. You will be responsible for the successful management of a 'Centre of Excellence' delivering 'best in class' training for optical professionals.
The ideal candidate must possess a passion and drive for working within a dynamic team, in order to grow their business. You will be a fully qualified Dispensing Optician or Optometrist and be able to support the company's commercial activities with demonstrations of dispensing tools & diagnostic instruments within the company's Customer Engagement Centre
- Develop & manage the area of Professional Training Services, for both employee & customer training requirements, as a separate business function within the company
- Develop new business models through collaborative research & partnership opportunities with Academia, in order to drive the business forward
- Deliver business results through the development, accreditation & delivery of CET Programmes.
You will have recent tenure as an Optometrist & current GOC registration with applied knowledge for the development & provision of CET / training programmes to large / small audiences and have a passion for working with the latest dispensing & diagnostic technologies
