Optometrist Position

Full time optometrist required for a busy well established Independent Practice that is opening a brand new store, 25 minute testing, 2 test rooms, mixed book of NHS and private patients, the practice also specialises in more complex cases with hospital referrals

Responsibilities of the Optometrist

You primary function within this position will be to conduct sight tests. You will also be required to undertake contact lens fittings and aftercare appointments. You will offer expert advice and come up with recommendations to help your patients. Patient care will always be a paramount importance but you will also understand the commercial aspect of the position.

Requirements of the Optometrist

To apply for this position you will be a fully qualified GOC registered Optometrist. The successful candidate must be a keen team player, commercially aware and willing to be a proactive member of this very high end dynamic company.

Compensation for the Optometrist

On offer is a very competitive salary of £45,000 – £55,000 and benefits package on offer as well as working for this very prestigious company.
