A very exciting opportunity has become available for a customer focused Optical Supervisor on a full time, permanent basis in a very busy practice in Bristol. I am recruiting currently for a franchise of one of the UK’s most trusted optical brands.
This practice is situated on a busy high street and has a large and loyal customer base. They have a very friendly and welcoming team in place, who all work for each other to deliver the highest levels of customer care.
You will be working in a busy store surrounded by a large supportive and close-knit team who are willing to help and aid you in the right direction, as they are big on team building and work to provide an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities of the Supervisor
The role will entail supervising and leading a team on the shop floor you will also be dispensing spectacles to all levels, conducting pre-screen tests and contact lens teaches. This person is also required to carry out frame styling and give patients advice on best options. Reception duties and general admin will also be a part of the role and helping with the smooth running of the practice.
Requirements of the Supervisor
As a Supervisor within this practice you will work on the shopfloor in the dispensing team. You will be on hand to help junior members of the team with any difficult questions and general trouble shooting. As a member of the stores team you will have a valued input with best practice and clinical compliance.

For your efforts a competitive salary package dependant on your experience is on offer up to £18k, along with a strong bonus scheme and additional benefits, plus 28 days holiday.
