Assistant Manager - SE London
Opportunity to move into management, position will suit someone with excellent Optical knowledge, administration, customer care, experience, with drive and enthusiasm to maintain a good working environment.
A very busy branch so there will be challenges, making sure that clinics are running on time, patients are contacted to ensure there are NO - no-shows, taking responsibility and a great deal of organisational skill will be required. A proven background in Optics, with dispensing knowledge, being able to dispense at all levels, attention to detail and some prior knowledge of KPI's, Targets, will secure this position.
You may be a qualified DO or an experienced dispenser, the main ingredient will be determination to do the job well!
You will be required to help and drive sales, help develop other team members. The salary is dependent on exp to date, negotiable and what other training needs you may need... The progression and proper training to help you succeed!
