For our stores to run like clockwork we need sound support behind the scenes – and that’s where you come in.
Organised and methodical, you’ll tackle a variety of admin tasks, from answering phones and processing invoices, to filing records and sending out letters.
The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success, for this your responsibilities would include:
Supporting the Directors and Leadership teams with the effective management and implementation of all compliance policies/strategies/expectations.
Reviewing and maintaining all aspects of health and safety policies and update standards when required with the ambition to achieve and maintain Platinum status.
Review, monitor and ensure all business policies are up to date and relevant.
Total responsibility for NHS compliance and training and development of the NHS Team.
Ensure all NHS standards are met and relevant audits completed and actions reviewed and implemented and communicated to the business Directors.
Manage and maintain all compliance diaries(Shield Yourself) and review and update policies when required.
Manage and track all building maintenance and ensure supplier contracts are current and cost effective.
Liaise with the whole team to constantly develop and maintain standards and monitor and maintain ‘Platinum Employer’ accreditation standards.

No experience in the optical/hearcare industry? Not a problem. Our training will fill you in on how our business works and the products we offer.
