Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser - Reading & Berkshire Role summary

We’re seeking a passionate and qualified Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our team in Berkshire and be part of our foundation to continue growing as one of the leading hearcare businesses in this fantastic area.

You'll be working with both NHS and private patients and therefore HCPC registration is essential for this role. Primarily based at our hub store in Reading, you may also be required to run clinics in Woodley, Wokingham, Newbury, Bracknell, Basingstoke and Lower Earley and therefore it is important that you are able to commute to all of these locations. 

As part of our friendly team you’ll dispense hearing aids, making sure every customer get the perfect device. It’s all about blending outstanding customer care with professional expertise. You’ll work to high clinical and commercial standards, generating sales, managing stock and working closely with staff and the store manager to drive business. Polite and helpful, you’ll be good with people and determined to make the process of selecting and buying a hearing aid as clear and easy as possible.
