Professional Services Manager - Optical Lenses
Education, optical training and Professional Services Manager roles. Zest Medical are looking to recruit a Professional Services Manager for a full-time vacancy on behalf of one of our clients who are a global leader in optical lens manufacturing. As part of the sales and marketing team the role will be dedicated to the creation and delivery of the companies professional service activities across the UK. Assisting with the company's growth and profitability plans.
Key duties of the role will be to largely based around education and trainin, nut more specifically.
- Creating and delivering all training topics from clinical through to commercial
- Create and manage CET events (production facility tours etc)
- Create and align all education materials
- Ensure GOC regulations are upheld at all times
- Providing first rate technical support for marketing, key accounts, sales and customer service teams
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role with in-depth knowledge of ophthalmic lenses and the optical market. This may suit a Dispensing Optician or Optometrist who has excellent communication skills with a natural gravitas for public speaking. But applications will be considered from optical candidates who feel they have the ability to excel in this role. You will also be well organised being able to prepare and present training documents professionally and accurately.
You must be willing to travel throughout the UK and overseas. Whilst your location can be flexible, a considerable amount of time will be spend at the companies headquarters in Buckinghamshire
