Optical Practice Manager
I am now recruiting for a very well established practice in the Bromsgrove area that is looking to recruit an experienced practice manager.
The successful applicant will manage a team of 15+ with various skill sets and have a big say in the business going forward. They pride themselves on the customer journey so having strong ability to build relationships with both clients and colleagues a must.
You will be managing the day to day operating of the practice as well as driving the targets and sales and managing the KPIs effectively. You’ll ensure everyone is equipped with the necessary skills to do a truly great job leaving you free to concentrate on what matters most – delivering the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
The combined role will mean you’re accountable for the KPI’s and driving the business forward. You will coach and train colleagues but you’ll be heavily involved in the commercial development side of the practice and bringing great new ideas and initiatives to the table to maintain the fantastic reputation my client has built up.
Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
It is essential applicants have experience working in a similar role with strong people person skills as well as a customer focused approach to work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike makes you the ideal applicant for this position.
Compensation for the Optical Practice Manager
My client is offering a basic salary up to £25,000 plus addition benefits such as Pension and personal healthcare to name two.
