Lecturer in Optometry
Salary grade/range: £32,958 to £46,924 pa – Grade 7/8

The Optometry Programme within the School of Health Professions at Plymouth University is looking for two exceptional individuals to join their group and be part of their future teaching and research activities.
You will work as part of the Optometry team to provide high quality innovative teaching, primarily in undergraduate but also in postgraduate programmes. This includes the design and preparation of teaching materials, course planning and delivery, and assessment. Research and scholarship will be an important part of your role.
Registration with the General Optical Council is desirable but not essential.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
Clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required for this position.
