Contact Lens Co-ordinator - Office Based, Birmingham - Monday - Friday

My Client, a leading, large chain of independent practices, is looking to recruit a Contact Lens Co-ordinator to be based at their Head Office in Birmingham. This is an office based role working Monday to Friday.  The ideal candidate will have good optical experience working as an optical assistant and good contact lens knowledge. The role will involve liaising with all their branches over the phone and with internal departments and suppliers when appropriate. You will ensure all contact lens administration is carried out, processed and followed through so you must be well organised with excellent administration skills, you will also be handling all related enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner and provide full support as and when required, good customer service skills are paramount.
