PPRUK are currently working with a 1 branch, Independent Opticians who already have a sterling reputation in Cambridgeshire. They have recently been taken over, and are looking for an Optometrist who would be interested in helping with the development of the business in new directions.
This position is for an optometrist, however there are opportunities for you to really get involved in developing the practice in new and exciting ways, working with the owner to build it into something new.
The company have strong links to the local GP surgeries and hospitals such as Addenbrooke’s Hospital. Ely is only 14 miles north of Cambridge and 25 miles from Peterborough and Huntingdon. There is a direct train link to London Kings Cross which makes Ely a perfect location

Testing times: 30 minutes
Hours: Full time, part time or locum

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Required: GOC registration
· Full Professional freedom
· No pressure in meeting conversion targets
· Involvement in developing the full potential of our excellent practice
· No Sundays or Banks Holidays
· Work up to 5 days per week. Alternative Saturdays
· Opening times Monday to Friday. Alternative Saturdays
· 30 minute tests
· All Professional Fees paid
· Working with new technology including OCT machine
